Binkley Adds Two Pieces to International Sculpture Collection

I wrote previously of my experience as Artist in Residence in Andalusia, Spain. Here are still photos of “Macael Maiden” (above, a 5 foot tall torso) and “Emergence” (below, a 5 foot long horse emerging from a breaking ocean wave), the two sculptures I produced during my residency that are now part of the international public art collection of Kitty Harri’s Sculpture Garden.

Both sculptures are situated so their backdrop is the dramatic, expansive view down the valley to the Costa del Sol and the Mediterranean Sea. I am honoured to be part of the Garden’s collection and to have my pieces sited in such beautiful locations.
