Binkley’s New Studio and Gallery Build Progress

My new gallery and studio that is being built in Squamish is progressing nicely. It is one of eight units in a new light industrial complex.

The exterior front entrance is almost complete with wooden awning and lighting (upper left). They are building the interior walls, installing electrical, and the washrooms, so for now the interior of the space is just a big open box (upper right).

As with most construction projects, there have been delays and we’ve just got notice of another extension, so it looks like we will get occupancy in January 2018. Ah, well – it’ll be a great way to start off the New Year.
