Summer Saturdays in the Studio
As British Columbia, Canada cautiously re-opens to Phase 3 during the global pandemic, we invite you to pay a visit to our new gallery and studio in Squamish. Michelle and I will have the doors open to you for an informal drop-in visit, with proper COVID protocols in place. We have hand sanitizer at the door, will regularly wipe down the sculptures and limit the number of visitors at any one time.
Come see ‘The Italian Collection’, a new group of stone sculptures that I began carving in Italy during our year of travel. Be introduced to my newest endeavour of limited edition Haiku drawings – each one created with only 17 vector lines. As my new studio is only a step though a doorway from the gallery, you can try your hand at hand-carving some Italian marble, or watch as I demonstrate how I work to produce the sculptures you’ll witness on display.
Due to the Virus, we will refrain from serving refreshments, but please feel welcome to bring your own if you wish.
We are located in the warehouse district of Squamish. From Hwy #99, turn west on Industrial Way and go to the stop sign. Then turn right (North) and we’re in the first complex on your right:
#12 – 38936 Queens Way.
We look forward to seeing you any Saturday in July or August (except for August 8th), between 10am – 3pm. Also available by appointment during the week.
